CNC Milling |

 We offer a range of CNC Machining Services from small to large batches and including both CNC Milling and Turning. We supply a broad range of industries including Aerospace, Motorsport and Industrial Machinery and Equipment suppliers using a wide variety of materials.
We undertake CNC Milling for components up to 1000mm in X 500mm in Y AND 500 mm in Z. All our CNC milling machines are networked to our CAD/CAM department for fast online programming using One CNC Software.
Our machines are fitted with a fourth axis which we mainly use for 3D milling and Fin work but is also flexible for other types of work including specialist Motorsport and Automotive Engine components manufactured to the very high standard expected by the Automotive and Racing industry.
Our material usage is Stainless steel 313, 304, 316, 416, 50 % with Aluminium at 30 % the other 20 % a mix of exotic materials such as Alloy 42, Inconel 625 and Titanium.
Our facilities are fully accredited to ISO9001:2000 standard.
